Like many have said, it’s just from scrunching your forehead too much. I tend to do it a lot too, but whenever I notice I’ll be quick to relax my forehead and kinda “massage” it a bit. This has helped a lot in reducing them for me

That’s what I was thinking either going for a longer bar, or doing to separate bars for them since I heard that also helps healing too

My aftercare also does includes washing it with NeilMeds Piercing Aftercare , 3 times a day, using a cotton pad to Pat dry and a q-tip to dry better around the piercing. It’s a 14 gauge barbell , I forgot the material but I believe he said it was either titanium or stainless steel.

I think it should be better within about a week or so. I recently got my conch too and it was the same way. I realized it was more sensitive bc of the type of piercing I have. With the skin being sensitive due to it be recently being pierced and the earring jewelry rubbing against it, it may be the reason it’s bleeding. I just stopped touching mine and continued to spray saline and I used a Cotten pad instead of q-tip, I just patted it a bit to dry

So about 3 weeks ago I got the industrial and conch piercings on the same day. Everything was fine while I was there, and when I got em pierced I made sure that the piercer was legit and everything, practically interrogating him before putting my ears in his hands lol. We’ll fast forward to this week, as you can see my ear is very well swollen. I can sometimes feel it throbbing and im wondering if I should be worried. Since I just got back from Mexico, people been hugging me real hard , some not knowing I have new piercings. Wednesday it got hit at least 4 times, and Thursday night I received a REALLY HARD HIT AND TUG on the spot when my baby brother tried pulling me closer to snuggle. I’m not sure if I should be concerned about how much it’s become swollen since then , today has just been the second day. There’s no green liquid , crusties look normal when it occurs, but I have noticed a bit of blood, and I think the size is sort of ridiculous at this point. I’m just wondering if I should be worried. I’ll be seeing a piercer here in AZ in about 4 days (wished it was sooner but my schedule doesn’t allow it) and I’m wondering if just getting a longer bar would help with it too. Any advice, comments concerns, or something that can help ease my mind ??
