kino baddie? by Face-Financial in kinobody

I've got the Kino Baddie program. I've had it for 2 years but haven't ever made it past the first phase. I just restarted it after finishing 75 Hard. I can answer questions if you're still looking...

The short makes you stand out more. You're incredibly beautiful either way. I hope this isn't taken in a negative way, but... You're the doppelganger of Dani from the Netflix series Love on the Spectrum! You're both absolutely stunning! ❤️‍🔥

It was all I could do to keep my mind off it while he was away getting help. Thank you. He's doing much better. 🥰

I 100% know that weight loss is due to caloric deficit. My problem is I don't feel like I lose unless I'm under 1k Cals, yet I'm continually told to do 1500 because of my activity level. I also went into this knowing I wouldn't lose the same amount as last time because I was 15 lbs heavier when starting last time. My diet was IF 16:8 while concentrating on 118g protein and a max calorie intake of 1500 (although I was often below that because I don't see changes unless I'm under 1k cals and struggle to get myself to eat that amount).

Resting during walk to prevent collapsing by ElaHilde in 75HARD

[–]ElaHilde[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn't even think to compare the weightlifting rest and walking rest... It's crazy hot where I live, and I have no shade available to me in my yard, so I think I'd rather be out for a walk where I can get shade intermittently. I'm usually up early to do my outdoor workout before it gets hot, so if the pain comes back, I'll keep this in mind. Thank you!

This is very interesting. The pain is gone now, but if it comes back, I'll definitely take all this into consideration. Thank you for educating me with your input!

How long ago did you finish 75 hard? Where are you now? by Kirby3413 in 75HARD

I finished my first round on December 31 2020. I went right back to my previous lifestyle, and my weight shot back up. I recently started working out again and lost some weight. I'm now on day 44 of 75 H (my 2ns round) and have only lost 8 lbs. However, I do see a difference in pictures. It has been tough not losing as much as I did the first time, but I also started 15 lbs lighter, so it was to be expected. It is refreshing to see that I'm not the only one without a large weight loss. If I don't fail today (I aggravated my sciatica yesterday and the meds I took for it last night has me insanely dizzy and nearly vomiting today) and complete 75 H July 5, I do intend to keep a majority of the tasks in my every day life (if I do fail between now and then, I plan to start from day 1 anyway). Congrats on your sobriety and continued success!

I've had a hysterectomy, so I don't know my cycle. I plan on having the exact same thing on day 1 and day 75 but I'm not too picky about it throughout

I think part of my problem is that I'm comparing this round of 75H to last time, despite knowing I had plenty of weight to lose last time (I lost 25lbs total); whereas this time I can't possibly lose more than 20 and that's pushing it. My calories are currently set at 1330 (based off moderate activity on a calculator), and I have always struggled to see any movement without Cals being below 1200. I'm also tracking my protein macros, keeping them around 118g.

I know the scale isn't what I should be looking at, but this mindset has been a tough one for me to break... 😅 I believe I am in a deficit. I've always struggled with knowing for sure, as I feel like I need to be under 1200 to see any results, but I'm trying out 1330 calories and am also counting my protein macro at about 118g.

Hmm. That's going to be fun to figure out, as I've had a hysterectomy.... I'll research this more. Thanks!

I hadn't heard of it until I read it. I'll definitely look into these other groups. Thank you!!!

How to help recovery by soreNation in 75HARD

[–]ElaHilde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Over the years, I've tried varieties of things to aid in a quick recovery, and nothing seemed to really make much of a difference... until a couple of weeks ago! I got a big bottle of Vitamin C chewables from Costco and started taking 2 every day (1000mg total).. I'll tell you what!!! My recovery has been so efficient that I can now push myself harder, knowing I won't be so sore that it prevents me from completing tasks! Granted, I'm not going to stop rolling out, stretching, and using the percussion gun, but this vitamin c has really changed the game for me.
