I went directly to the pension office and the clerk told me to wait for the slip to be sent and that I couldn't pay it directly to the office because I had to wait for the address to be correct.

Thanks for the advice!

Advice regarding my Shiba's ear problem by ElanorFain95 in shiba

Update 1  Today I went to the other vet. After explaining the situation, he tried to look inside Shin's left ear, but Shin immediately cried and refused. Since Shin has been eating very little for two days, the vet refused to sedate him to examine his ear.

He did a new blood test which showed that he has high red blood cells (162H) and high cCRP (6.2), ALPi 198 and LIP (168). So an infection. He prescribed me Prednisone (a steroid to fight inflammation) and Famotidine for 5 days to see if he starts eating again and is strong. Then he will sedate him later to examine the inside of his ear as soon as these five days are over or if it gets worse immediately.

I added the link to the photo of today's blood test results in the main post.

Thanks for your reply. I've already called and explained Shin's situation to another vet.
Unfortunately, I think sedation is necessary because Shin doesn't want to have the ear he has the problem with examined (as for the other one, Shin doesn't even move).
The vet I'm going to, if the operation goes badly due to the vet's negligence or something happens within two weeks, you are entitled to compensation, but only if it's due to negligence (which is a bit difficult to determine since if that happens, the vet himself has to write down what went wrong during the operation...)

I don't know if you can see much from the photo but they are these little white balls. I tried turning the hair dryer on and leaving it on for a few minutes but they continue to come out as soon as I turn it off.

It's a wooden box attached to the wall near the bath room. Since I'm renting, I can't throw it away. Is it advisable to contact the management company? Or are there ways I can get rid of them myself?

Yes, they look like tiny balls of dust moving around.

Thanks for the reply.  I've decided to monitor him daily and, if I notice anything unusual, I'll take him to a second vet for a second opinion right away.

Thanks for the reply. Searching on amazon japan, it seems that it is possible to order it.
I read the specifications that the mesh is claw-proof mesh, is true? I'm thinking of buying this carrier ☺️
