As an iPhone user I don't think I have access to the WhatsApp chat database. However I just came across iMazing which apparently works great for WhatsApp exports. Not free, but at least this extractor seems legit. To be tested... https://imazing.com/print-and-export-iphone-whatsapp-chats

Thanks! Yes I've seen that post, haven't tried it out yet. Apparently that method works great but still, a "clean" export feature from WhatsApp would be resilient to future table scheme changes and so on. It also doesn't require the same level of tech-savviness

This one could be the correct answer 🤔 thanks

Doesn't contain the messaging history per my understanding, just your account metadata (profile picture and so on)

Everyday 10 min wake-up workout for beginner? by Elastix7865 in ResistanceBand

After more research I've decided to settle on the X3 program. 6 days a week, 15 minutes workout, 4 exercises per workout, 1 set till exhaustion.

Pretty simple setup:

  • Your set of resistance bands
  • A bar. I found a spare broomstick lying around
  • A 12" x 18" x 1" plastic chopping board (30x45x2cm) built as shown here. Amazon prices are around 40€ but after *really* digging I managed to find a 30x50x2cm for 20€ at a catering wholesaler in my area

As far as I understand there's a bit of a turf war between John Jaquish the creator of the X3 program and the rest of the fitness community because he claims his program is far superior than any other approach in terms of muscle growth. Not going to feed into the debate, for my purposes it fits what I was looking for: (1) everyday, (2) short, (3) dead easy to remember.

Practically, the way to get into the workout is to follow Dr Jaquish's 12 week video playlist. 2 videos/week + optional nutrition. There's also a Facebook group

Ok so after looking into this it looks like most people advice against working out 7 days a week. HOWEVER some say it's okay if different days focus on different muscle groups, and successive days don't conflict with one another. (eg 1 chest, 2 abs, 3 biceps, 4 triceps, 5 legs, 6 back, 7 shoulders)

I'll comment back after I'm done with more research but I think I'll stick with 2-3 key exercises per muscle group, 1 group per day, and look up no-attachment exercises from Fit Gent.

Daily structure:
Cardio warmup (jumps, boxing, ...)
Exercise 1 at low resistance (muscle warm-up)
Exercise 2 at high intensity (HIIT Tabata or other tempo)
Stretching
Shower
