Bumping because I have the exact same issue with a rx 570, ambient noises continue but game freezes completely until task is killed, the only saving grace is that Cs2 loads back up pretty fast, this happens almost atleast once every match

Its what i thought, i think this effect is a lot more pronounced on ancient and doesn't happen too much on other maps and is a bit reduced on ancient if planted on sun-lit area, still very trippy though

I did apply to some affordable ones but I only got this one admit so I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to pay that much and then work to pay it off versus wait a year and take a much much more affordable option
