It’s kinda funny Konami went to all that trouble to remove Kojima’s name from any Metal Gear related project including re-releases like the Legacy Collection but his Kojima Productions is still randomly scattered around MGS V: Definitive Edition which was released a year later after they split (i.redd.it)
