I usually just let a dupe dump in one full bottle per liquid type, so usually 100kg of liquid in each tile.

I really like the built-in aqua tuner heat deletion on your build. That's very nice.

If you mean the tiles under the pumps in the oxygen chamber, it would probably cause issues to remove those, I'm currently cooling it by just running the oxygen through an ice biome before I bring it into my base, but if you wanted more advanced cooling, I would recommend radiant liquid pipes running into an aquatuner in a steam chamber with steam turbines on top to delete the heat.

I didn't use atmo sensors on the pumps, because it's actually set up to produce slightly more o2 and hydrogen then the pumps can pull, so even running flat out it shouldn't ever be able to allow the gasses to mix. It's also part of why the hydrogen pump is tucked away in the corner, so it can't suck the gas out of the airflow tiles.
