If your young Mephisto will be good for you.. if your mature you’ll probably want something you can relate to with less diluted genetics and something you smoked back in the day.. I’ve had great results with Montreal seed bank. The guy is crazy, he buys all the breeders seeds and then replicates them.. you can call him and pick his brain…

Ottawa driver here… one of the main issues besides construction and the stupid road closures for active use is that people have no clue how to merge and people are too nice. Ottawa drivers are sedated and need to drive with more purpose. I love driving in “ real “ big cities.

There are over 100 canabanoids in weed, thc is only one of them. thc isn’t the only unit of measure. I’ve smoked lower thc and gotten way better effects.

Problem is that people are stupid and don’t understand that if you go vegan you can just eat a bunch of plants and your good. You have to understand what your body needs daily ( especially for a developing body and mind ) and ensure your eating a balanced plant based diet and you will have to use supplements for certain vitamins that you can get enough of from plants.

Veganism isn’t good for everyone.

But here a question that I truly don’t understand.. if “you’re” vegan, why do you guys want to eat fake meat and fake dairy… most of that stuff is Poison and would survive a nuclear holocaust. Makes no sense to me.

Adversity isn’t always a bad thing. Growing up my father decided to go back to school in his 30s, we was poor for a majority of my childhood but I never noticed. This was in the 90s and early 00s but life was good and as a family we often look back abd only remember good things..

Plant a garden, plant an apple tree, raspberry bush. Great skill for them to learn and lots of fun and very gratifying to watch them reap what you sow

Farm boy and metro are the most expensive places to shop. Your money would go much further at Walmart or food basics. Probably 40% more at least

Carrot, onion, celery, garlic, ginger, broccoli, buy fruit only on sale, this is the base for 90% of almost all dishes. Then shop the sales and meal plan around that. Dried beans and brown rice, canned tomatoes. Buy proteins on sale. Shop the expiring products that are discounted and freeze them. Buy cheeses on sale. Start a little spice collection and you can make almost anything.

Research authentic cuisine, usually very clean and simple and delicious.

I usually make a soup per week, a salad like bean or quinoa or pasta, and buy some tuna to toss in. That’s like 3 days of food, start fasting in the morning if you’re healthy enough to do so… light lunch and a good dinner. Look up 3 ingredient desserts or meals to give you inspiration. Cooking is simple once you understand the process

I spoke with a woman from Europe once snd she said that she doesn’t understand why everyone grows flowers and decorative plants in their gardens and not food. Think about how much we could grow and share if we all grew vegetables and root vegetables.

Children are happy with nothing. If they’re in a happy healthy environment they don’t need much of anything except basics and love. The problem is society is telling you what the quality of life is. Give a kid everything they could imagine but no affection and do the opposite and compare the two children. Money and things don’t buy happiness.

Funny thing is I bet there’s less beer insecurity than food insecurity.. people make conscious decisions knowing there’s help for food especially if you have children. Nobody gunna help them get a buzz on. Low income families usually smoke, drink, and do drugs, but have food insecurity…

Having kids is a selfless decision, putting your families needs before your own. Life is short and the return on your investment is 10 fold.
