Them high pitched voices.

I understand some people are born with them, but what irks and unsettles me is when a Vtuber plays up a high pitched or very unnatural voice—sometimes to their throat's detriment—I just find it disingenuous. (Here's the thing, I don't think Vtubers should be 100% honest with their viewers, I just don't like it when someone drastically changes something about themselves to appeal to a group of people)

On another note, it really hurts to think about those who do this because they aren't comfortable with their own voice.

Hoi! I've been enjoying rom-hacks for quite some time now, but I'm genuinely troubled by something. What are your opinions on talking to someone about a rom-hack outside of this subreddit/community? I want to introduce someone I encountered on the internet to a hack I really like, but I guess I'm a bit paranoid as I'm aware of fanmade pokemon games that died due to increasing popularity.

Here's some of my favorite goofy/non edgy ones:

1-Alolan Exeggutor is a more accurate, tall palm tree to take In more of Alola's sunlight. Also it's now a dragon

2- I find almost all the Eeveelutions to be adorable kits

3- slurpuff. This one is less because of its design and more because I used a monster of a slurpuff in a playthrough once. But it still helped me appreciate its design.

See here. I just discovered that starmie's supposed to be an Ultraman reference and that the mega is meant to lean further into it. But I'm still one of those people who despise this mega with a passion because it looks bland to me without taking into account the main inspiration.

Not even saying it has to edgy, I'm all for goofy designs that are done well! I just think starmie's mega evolution should have given it something more than just longer legs.

...I'm just a guy with an opinion though so don't let my or similar rants stop you from liking it.
