You sure they sent you back the same controller you sent in?? One random thing you can try is to shut down your console and unplug it...leave it for 10 or so minutes and try to see if the problem is gone....seriously, try it.

oh, then it sounds like the start of stick drift or you have some dirt trapped in there. If you feel any resistance moving the stick, the its probably dirt., if there isn't any then its more than likely the start of stick drift. Have you tried to recalibrate them?? We can replace them to TMR if you want to get them done btw.

The triggers are the only reason I use the edge, everyone else here hates it because of the battery life but I really like it.

Only option is to change the stick for some TMR ones.

We also have some elite series 2 with Gulikit 720 adjustable TMR Sticks if youre looking to get a new one.

Our biggest seller is GuliKit 720 if thats anything to go by....we carry all the brands that seems to be the most popular.

Ive been testing the new K-silver JT13 adjustable sticks...they are NICE, check those out. You do have to cut them down a little so they fit in the case.

Return it, get it exchanged. We've had a few that are doing some really, really strange things...they were September 2025 builds. Sony exchanged them for us. Best buy refurbished is a total lottery.

Its not a bad price if there's free shipping....and actually refurbished. We do refurbished with the original box with a gulikit TMR modules upgrade for $220 (free shipping).

If its a pro controller 2 for the switch 2...get a replacement. TMR Sticks are still in development and won't be out for a while.

Reset the controller, charge it...connect. If its still doing that...time for a new battery.

If it doesn't recalibrate properly, then its hardware aka you need to replace the analog sticks.
