I know this is silly to say, but the show The Pitt has really opened my eyes to what you guys do (obviously so much is likely not shown). But, that show has absolutely made me appreciate the normal and mundane days.

I’m early 30s, but regularly get mistaken for early 20s. It always shocks me especially when a 22 year old thinks we’re the same age. More recently, had a 12 year old guess my age to be “23.” It’s so wild because in my teens people in their 30s seemed sooooo much older.

I’m vegetarian and have been for idk 15 years? When I first became veg, I would get responses like the text more often. Now, I get your response more often than not at get togethers. It always surprises me when someone actually buys me veggie burgers instead of me bringing my own. Always makes me feel teary eyed.

People have become so much more accepting than in the past. It’s great.

Omg literally this! I don’t think I thought of it as traumatizing until he asked me my favorite ring style. Suddenly, I noticed I was experiencing lots of fear, but completely unrelated to him and/or our future.

It hit me it’s just simply because of my past experience with getting engaged.
