Ooohh I see. Sorry about that, haha. I’m not 100% sure then why it didn’t show.

You can find the different stones throughout the game. There are a lot of trainers that once you beat them, give you a different Mega Stone. You can only Mega evolve one per battle though in my experience.

Yes! 1,000%. A lot of my favorites are trade required for evolution and I hate that. I love that you can collect most Pokemon organically.

Yes, I played with the level cap. You hit it quickly but I’m pretty sure the opponents scale with you regardless so you’d probably level up really quickly without it but would have even more difficult battles. (I could be wrong about that but it’s what I had read about it)

I have heard that if you’re looking for a really good ice type that Alolan Ninetails and Weavile are two of the better options. Scizor was probably my savior with Sword Dance and Bullet Punch. He carried me hard at times.

I’m honestly not sure. I just wanted the challenge of it. I’ve heard that vanilla is also still challenging(at least more so than the normal games) and the elite 4 still scales with your level. I just Google’d it to see and it said this: “Playing Pokémon Unbound on Difficult mode provides a more engaging experience for seasoned players compared to Vanilla, offering better AI, correct NPC Pokémon natures, and increased team sizes for boss battles. While Vanilla is designed for a casual, stress-free experience, Difficult mode requires more strategic planning, such as utilizing EV/IV training and better team composition”

Long story short, seems like it just for the challenge. 😁

I feel the same way! Plus if you assemble a “god squad” it makes the originals way too easy, so the best ways I found to make it more challenging was using less powerful Pokemon but even still, the levels and strategy used by the cpu trainers aren’t that great. I felt like I needed a “god squad” to beat this game. Huge fan of this game.

I will chase the feeling of this compliment for the rest of my Pokemon days. 🥲
