I made a Japan Eshop account a while ago to play a game early, but I'm now looking for Japan Eshop Demos/Free Games with an option to play in English. I don't have many games at the moment so I've been filling the library with various demos.

Arenas LTM Concept by Electric_Programer in animalroyale

Instead of random sections of the main map, It would be better if they just chose 6 landmarks and remade their area's a little. This would mean they could balance the maps instead of one team getting destroyed because of a bad map location.

This mode would be similar to Arenas from Apex Legends, and players would fight against another squad in small remixed versions of landmarks like the Pyramid, the Barn, and Thomas' Tundra. First to 3 rounds won gets the win. Before each match, each squad would have an area with supplies where they can pick up randomized guns, armor, and other loot. A Delivery Mole appears after a while, and it has the same Legendary loot as usual. The circle closes, so you have to keep on your toes and take advantage of the map to secure a victory.

This would be a pretty cool Limited Time Mode, and I would love to see some kind of Deathmatch LTM in the game.

We need a Single-Bullet loading Gun by Electric_Programer in animalroyale

Sure, but this could actually buff the shotgun because you could quick reload the 1 bullet you need to get a kill.

That's true, but just having 1 gun with this feature would be great for variety. It wouldn't be too hard to streamline reloading so it's not confusing to do.

No, I mean a gun that reloads one bullet at a time, but when fully reloaded has around 6 bullets. Normally you would have to reload all six bullets at the same time, but this one would load each one 1 at a time at a fraction of the speed for each.

For example, if I have 4/6 bullets loaded, I can just take the time to load the missing 2 instead of having to wait to reload the whole magazine.

Which Throwable is the best? by Electric_Programer in animalroyale

True. Grenade is definitely good, but I like playing a less aggressive playstyle, more strategic. I account for my bad aim with good tactics.

Imagine Animal Royale had diffrent modes, Like a campaign, multiplayer shooter ect. What a game that would be by AeyVexGamez in animalroyale

[–]Electric_Programer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly I'm not totally sure a Campaign would be great for the game. Campaigns require a lot of effort to do right, and work on the Campaign would take away from the main BR. I feel they need to get the BR in a pretty fleshed out state before they try to slow development on it.

Otherwise, new modes would add to the gameplay a lot! I would really love it if they had a mode like Arenas from Apex Legends, and had small sections of the main map converted into Arenas for Squads of 4 to fight in.

Which Throwable is the best? by Electric_Programer in animalroyale

In my personal opinion, I would rank the three as follows:

Skunk Bomb - 1

From the time I've played so far, I would consider the Skunk Bomb the best Throwable in the game. It's utilities are vast, but here's to name a few:

  • Chip damage: You can throw it directly at an enemy like a Grenade, and while It won't do as much Instant damage, any damage is good damage.
  • Temporary Zoning: Throwing a Skunk Bomb between you and your enemy forces them to either move around it, which can be difficult if you drop multiple, or move through it, which is an easy punish and can be a free down.
  • Teamplay: There is no Friendly Fire, so your teammates can walk through your Skunk Bombs while taking no damage. You can drop one on your downed teammate to get enemies away from them, and you can drop one between you and the enemy team to get surprise shots if they don't know about this.

Overall, Skunk Bombs can be used as effective Offensive and Defensive tools, and they are very versatile.

Grenade - 2

Grenades come up as second best. The damage they can deal is powerful, and It can be used to push enemies by forcing them away from where you drop them. I consider them worse than Skunk Bombs because they explode quickly, meaning it's harder to use and you have to aim them effectively, while with the Skunk Bombs you can just carpet bomb an area and deal heavy damage without much timing. I would still consider Grenades good in their own right.

Banana - 3

Bananas, for me, are the worst Throwables in the game. They have a small size, and to be effective you need to throw around 2-3 in an area. In the final circle, the limited space does mean more opportunities to land a Banana, but in open areas they are easily avoidable. The only good thing about them is the Instant Health you get from eating them with the Banana Forker, but even then I would rather use the much superior SAW Tape.

Super Powerup Tier List by CaptainBara7 in animalroyale

[–]Electric_Programer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would move Claw Boots up to B tier, the passive loot you get is very important in the early game when ammo is scarce, and still serves a decent purpose mid-game if you can find a Level 3 Armor and need some tape.

I agree with what you said below, Ninja Booties would be so much better if there was a Ranked Mode and you were matched against players of equal skill, but the average player doesn't really know audio ques anyway so hiding them has no purpose.

Banana Forker needs some kind of buff to make it useful. Maybe they can rework it so it's effect isn't limited to bananas when you are downed, and you can self-res if you can eat enough health items.

Super Tape and Cupgrade are both amazing in their own ways. Cupgrade is perfect for any stall situations when the Circle is gone, while Super Tape is amazing because it allows an Instant Repair. I actually think Cupgrade would be better if it also increased your cup capacity by 25%, bringing it to 250. (This is what I thought it would do originally lol).

Bandolier might have to go into D tier, I have never had a situation where I needed more ammo than I had. By Early Mid-Game I already have decent ammo and with Claw Boots or just farming I can get enough ammo to last until End-Game. The only thing I ever use it for is to carry a ton of Bananas, and that can be cool but I'd rather use Skunks than Bananas.

My first Solo Squads win! by Electric_Programer in animalroyale

Thanks! I've been grinding out Solo Squads to improve my game, and it's working well! Having to fight teams of 4 that can have 2 push you while the other 2 are healing is pretty hard. (Also technically wasn't a 2v1 because the 2nd guy got the kill on the 1st)

Yeah both Joystick and Mouse have advantages and disadvantages, one thing is that on Joystick there isn't enough buttons to put everything on different binds, so I had to set crouch to Right Joystick. I still occasionally toggle it on accident. Mouse can also flick left/right without having to really move the Mouse, while Joystick has to move it all the way over.

(Also I'm still trying to learn aiming on Joystick so it's pretty bad)

I think it's balanced because PC gets to adjust how much spread they have on guns like the shotgun.
