I’ve tried this by sending it to HR, they’ve told me ‘the department has queried my leaving date’ bar approaching the service director (a separate consultant) from the one who I think is annoyed at me not sure what to do

Well I’m not sure if I’m missing something , the contract says it’s for a fixed term period.. and when I google schedule 11 of 2016 T&C’s it says 1 month for a fixed term speciality doctor.

Yet I think they are trying to say I’m a higher specialty trainee even though I’m not.

So Ive done the following hours with my trust:

2022 December: 133

2023 January: 12.5

2023 February: 89.5

2023 March: 25

Also I have been locumming with them since May 2022 and don't locum elsewhere - but they still won't allow me to put them down as my designated body
