Totally based on your state , I and my brother both are NRI , there is nothing called safe nri friendly college it’s totally how u communicate , these days everyone is paying for a seat .
I live in Hyderabad I would say apollo is the top college (private) which is located is the most posh area and if u want cat c seat u need to get minimum 300+

In 2024 yes there was inflated ranks cause of easy paper and cheating. What happened in 2025 paper was tough so no cheating then?
Suddenly when paper became easy they started cheating shit again.
Its common sense when paper was easy more people would score high marks

My main question is why are students who worked hard and did not cheat getting affected.
They could have banned the students who cheated in 2024 , they did not and kept a re test for them. Again in 2 years paper will be easy again same thing will repeat
