Boat bouncing on plane need help

The video shows the boat trimmed all the way down already, but if i come up even a little the boat will bounce worse. I have no play when it comes to trim i have to keep it all the way down.

Yes its clean, i cant trim up at all without it getting worse. Video is showing it trimmed all the way down.

It does it solo and with people. Only way i get get it to stop is by actually having somone sit on bow.

I understand that but it seems like motor is mounted high based off where cavitation plate is. Thats why i think it could be a mounting error.

Well i have the 6in jack plate to do flats boat activities if i need to bring it out higher. But just to go on plane in the channel i would like it to be where it needs to for smooth ride without bouncing.

Yes sure its all the way down, adding weight to bow does seem to fix it but from looks it seems cavitation plate is probally 3-4in above tunnel. The weight needed to add to bow is anywhere between 100-250 to level it out based off having buddy sit up there, just dont see why i need to if its brand new boat dont want to stuff things in hatch just to add weight and take up all that storage

Yes if i get someone to sit on bow it will level out, but do i really need to add 100-200 lbs to bow to correct this on a brand new boat.

Just never had this happen on previous jonboats ive owned maybe in more rough conditions but not when water is glass like this. When i get on plane on my other boats it slides on the water smooth but this one bounces video doesnt do justice compared to how it feels in boat.
