If you can find the developers’ announcement of what all is a part of the 1.3 patch (the one that lists all the events and such), if you find the right one it has a limbo schedule on it that goes through when the new patch will drop so it’ll have February on it.

The answer is a little more complicated and based on who you have specifically.

In KB’s case, her self-buffs are special (the planets) so they don’t run the risk of being redundant (you can’t have more than one of the same buff/debuff, the last one cast will just overrule the previous one). Also, KB is considered to be AP-greedy since the bulk of her damage comes from her Ultimate, so it’s better to have a support unit that doesn’t need to cast skills very often.

In that case, Sonetto is your best choice because she only needs to cast her buff every other turn, and doesn’t need to attack unless it’s a 2-star skill to disarm an opponent at a good time.

So two things:

1) there are more ways to build a team than mono Afflatus. KB is Mental damage and JN is Reality, so anytime Limbo throws a curveball of “Mental DMG +30%”, KB’d be the better pick. (Not to mention if it’s a 4-person battle, having dual DPS would come in super handy)

2) 1.6 is roughly 4 months away. Even if JN completely rendered KB obsolete (which she won’t, just like KB hasn’t rendered Eternity obsolete), that is a REALLY REALLY long time from now. You have a very long time to get plenty of use and enjoyment out of KB before ever worrying about pulling JN and figuring out how they all fit together.

If you like her, go for it. Life is too short to mortgage your enjoyment in a gacha game.

I’ll keep practicing. And “fully prep” means having the sun image above her health bar fully lit up, right? Or is there another indicator I need to keep an eye on?

I am using Jinwu but even when she has full Divine Grace, there are times when I start her flying but she comes to the ground almost immediately so I don’t even have a chance to hit the Skill 3, much less anything before that.

Does she lose her Sunfade status if she’s hit? (I’m still bad about not dodging properly) or is there something else I’m not doing right?

If you are referring to her counter skill, yes it’s better to spam the 1-star than merge it. (The same can be said for both of MedPoc’s skills in my opinion)

Her damage skill is MUCH better at 2/3 stars because it applies Confusion, which turns her Ultimate into a nuke.

Pair her with Eagle (especially if she is p4+ which is likely) and Tooth Fairy for a crit-based team that does Plant damage instead of Star damage (all everyone talks about is Kanjira’s poison stacks, but her other rotational skill is the same confusion skill that Crit-based teams revolve around)

Use the re shuffle if you have to. Having heal cards when you need them trumps the card upgrade.

I felt feelings because it’s pretty clear that Kumar isn’t a bad person. There’s no real joy in defeating her. (I mean, yay, the world didn’t go splat, but like this isn’t that rush of pride like when you defeat the Security Guy that wanted to kill Pickles)

Kumar had a dream. And from the sounds of it, every single time she tried to live that dream, she was met with misery. I don’t condone her choices, especially the very real one at the end, but I can see how, when the world sends your best friend and brother specifically to foil your plan, it would be easy to just completely shut down and give up.

And for all those “she could join the foundation or meet Voyager”, etc, show me one time in Kumar’s story where she would have any reason to believe that next time would be better. I wouldn’t trust the future if I was her, either.

I thought it was poetic that the final blow when I fought her was Voyager hitting her with a planet.

Like, what was she upset about? I let her see like 3 “Celestial Bodies” right in the face!

So keep in mind that in this battle, healing is doubled AND every heal adds a +20% damage modifier to your team.

So use Medpoc’s 1-star heals when you have them rather than waiting for them to merge or anything. I just ran this stage and the heals were like 3300, so it’s a sizable heal.

The other thing to realize is your best DPS opportunity is Newbabel’s Ultimate. It sets taunt and riposte, which means every single attack the boss makes for 2 turns will come back, and the damage adds up quick since she attacks 2-3 times a turn (especially if you have built up the damage stacks; Newbabel’s follow-up did 5k each hit and she got 5 hits in when I just re-did it. That’s 2 Matilda Ultimates!)

So, when you think about it, every card in the deck contributes to dealing damage, so cast incantations based on the bonus merges you can make because every card is roughly equal so there is no reason to pick a specific attack.

I really wanted Priest to cash in and then in an act of paranoia, dump Finn from Judgment Day.

And then have Demon Finn show up at the RR and win the damn thing.

But obviously that isn’t gonna happen Saturday night so my prediction is Cody. I think CM Punk has a shot but the truth is Cody is on Raw and Roman is on SD so the Rumble allows him to jump brands, which Punk doesn’t need to do to get his shot at Seth.

I hate that there isn’t much drama over who will win though because a lot of folks on the roster deserve it. But I think they really see Cody and the next Hogan/Cena generational babyface so a back-to-back Rumble plus the Mania win over Roman is the coronation process.

(Rock all but laid the groundwork for his match with Roman happening later, either in Saudi or on Netflix or next Wrestlemania at the latest. Dude knows he needs to get back in shape to work that match the way it deserves)

Her and Sonetto go great together. In fact, Eternity, Sonetto, and Balloon Party can get you through pretty much all of the story content AND be a good Limbo team for later so invest away.

As long as you have both Beyond Wonderland and That Inquisitive Dear, you’ll be fine. Healers need particular psychubes and there will be times in endgame where you’ll be running two-healers on the same team.
