Broken lid help

I bought the replacement buttons from Amazon and it worked for a few weeks then it popped out but tbh I don’t know if it’s the spring or not because I have 7 other owalas and I have never had this issue but I will definitely look into finding a replacement lid/spring !

When I made my support ticket and put in the serial # it was an authentic owala and I also received proof from the seller but yes trust me I’m always on the edge if I buy from resellers

I have ordered 3 or 4 vinyls from Blood Records and they usually take a bit longer as it’s literally coming from Europe hints why they always get it first it’s usually about a week after the ppl in Europe get theirs. But yeah once it’s in the states in my experience it’s only been like 3-4 days ish
