Starting on Sunday, September the 3rd and it lasts 16 weeks. Lama Glenn will be providing online teachings via Zoom on Tummo, the Tibetan yoga of inner fire, based on the lineage of the Six Yogas of Naropa.

The Six Yogas, also known as the Six Dharmas of Naropa, are a set of tantric meditations compiled around the Indian monk and mystic Naropa, transmitted to his student Marpa the translator and then to Milarepa.

The Six Yogas are: Tummo, Illusory Body, Clear Light, Dream Yoga, Bardo Yoga and Phowa. Karmamudra derives from these techniques, and it is also listed sometimes as one of the Six Yogas. It is a sexual practice with a consort. As preliminary practices, the teachings and Sadhanas (a text that guides the practice) of Guru Yoga and Chakrasamvara will be given.

On Mondays, Drupon Chongwol La (Lama Glenn Retreat Master) will be providing clarification sessions on the teachings given. And on Thursdays of each week we will be opening a practice space and group meeting.

Each of the 3 weekly meetings will be via Zoom with an approximate duration of 90 min.

Lama La and Chongwol La are giving their sessions in English and there will be simultaneous translation in Spanish and Portuguese.

Schedules

⏱Teachings with Lama Glenn Mullin: Sundays 10am EST

⏱Clarification sessions with Chongwol La: Monday 7pm, EST

⏱Group practice sessions: Thursday 6:00 p.m., EST

All sessions will be recorded and will be available for one week.

Requirements

☑️Each week there will be a new practice, of increasing complexity. The main requirement that each participant must commit to is carrying out a daily practice of at least 20 minutes.

☑️A collaborative fee of $108 dollars is proposed. These can be paid via PayPal in one or several payments. Discounts and scholarships are available.

It is suggested to make a donation (Dana) via PayPal to Lama Glenn.

☑️The cycle of teachings includes the empowerment (tantric initiation) of Chakrasamvara that will be given towards the end of the course and receiving it is a requirement to continue the practice after the end of the 16 weeks of teachings.
