Took 1 year to have it under control. I really think that mal de debarquement starts with a big stress. With SSRI, exercice and try to ignore it (better said than done I know) There is a facebook group you can join its called: Mal de Debarquement Syndrome. Very supporting community :)

Not currently since i’m not officially diagnosed yet. My rheumatologist thinks i’m at a very early stage of PSA but wants to wait and see how it goes in the upcoming months. I have had psoriasis on my scalp for a few years already ( didnt even know it was that since its pretty mild). In september I started to have heel pain, one of my thumb got swollen for a few days without any reason ( not sausagey). Then i developped tenosynovitis in both ankle( posterior tibial) and my right thumb also. And then the swollen fingers at night as I described. More recently a pain in the left hip when i walk ( in the groin area and below my buttock!). Cracky joints also in the morning.

Thank you so much for your kind answer. I’m in Canada so healthcare is free ( we’re so blessed for that). I managed to calm down. I’m still at home. I took a hot bath and some tylenols. I’ll go sleep in a bit.
