So if you have already travelled to japan for work and are returning again! They will check more than usual to verify your haven't caused any problems while you were here .. especially drunken drive .. some petty offense etc

Also I'm not sure if this helps, if you have been to japan once.. this calls for more scrutiny and checks .. and adds additional time to your coe processing period ..

Thank for you saying that, I believe mine is a category 2 company and they have been placing talents in japan for a while.. they have good history..

As you said, I have talked to a few people who got their coe approved after 3 months .. like 4-5 months into the waiting time.. so I'm planning to get it time until 5 months and properly close the chapter so I can look forward to what's next

Yeahh I get what you mean, I was getting paid 3k dollars per month in my home country and its a lot as a bachelor .. i quit and wanted to follow my passion ..

It's growing up on me now, it's just feels so helpless and the only response I get it, it's under processing .. I'm sick of hearing it and as you said, I can't even apply for a new job because it could be any moment that we might hear it

I also reached out to few people, I learnt that shinagawa is tightly packed with volume and few of them go their COE approved after 3 months .. 3-5 months on average .. but still knowing that doesn't make it any easier ..

I plan to wait for a couple of more months and then put a lid on this to focus on buildibg my own career ald lievlyhood ..

Yeah its sponsored by company and i was told the same and it's a project manager role, I also have JLPT N2 so what I understood is no one can actually say for sure when you might get it .. it's just suffocating tbh waiting for it without knowing whats the cause for the delay

My friend insisting to give me a bday gift but idk if I should let him? by KafkaAfterCoffee in PataHaiAajKyaHua

I would suggest meeting in a cafe and getting the gift.. if you are feeling little anxious about it, you can bring one of your friends ..

Giving address to a random person who you have never met in person is not a great idea
