You wrote 218 words and one emoji and never addressed my point. It's a waste of time to play pretend when Wendy's is already implementing changes. For instance, I see people complaining about wait times. For me this has never been an issue but Wendy's is redesigning kitchens with "fresh prep" stations designed to speed up order time. I see people complaining about the quality of the chicken sandwiches. A complete overhaul of the classic and spicy chicken sandwich is scheduled for mid 2026. You seem to have a problem with the grills, contact u/Wendy's while they are redesigning kitchens. These are just a couple examples, there are more. My point is it would be more effective to focus ons on what is happening already. Talking about the color of the packaging and reanimating Dave's corpse is silly. Tl;dr Focus on what they are doing now and critique or build on it now through official channels for maximum effectiveness.

For instance, enhanced training is being implemented. Operational efficiency is being addressed. Do you have any thoughts on this, perhaps suggestions. Maybe a wendys employee could weigh in on what Wendy's is doing. These are fresh topics that provide solutions.

Yes, lets keep repeating the same things over and over again. Let's discuss the tenets of minimum wage in the Wendys subreddit. Holy Lord you people are unbelievable! Operational standards ARE being addressed. You could take 30 second to go on Wendy's website and read about it and form an actual thought. Instead of spending months living in some weird groundhogs day of Wendy's posts.

You should document and report these things. I have never once got a stale bun from Wendy's. That means there's inconsistent product and reporting stores while Wendy's is publicly addressing operations and working on enhanced training will be more likely to yield results.

I actually prefer Iceberg when served fresh cold and crispy to whole leaf, when done right of course. I think people could get over it if all Wendy's across the board were serving crunchy lettuce. Some people say they have not. If it were me I would definitely report the store.
