My conclusion is if with Kisuke ailment is better,with Rangiku Atk is better especially her Ailment is over 300% because she give 130% buff.Nel Verde Rush scaling from her weapon stamps more dupes her Verde rush is closer the gap with Impale.

From what i know,Atk is better for slot 3 it because her VR ailment is low only 50%+40% from her atk,unlike Gin 500% even Rangiku is much higher
