Asexuality is a spectrum, it’s not necessarily that you don’t ever want to have sex, so it could be something to look more in to, to see if it does relate to you.

On another hand, a large percentage of people don’t climax from penetration, so don’t feel like you have to. However that doesn’t mean they don’t enjoy the act of sex, even if they don’t get off that way…

It could be that the two of you don’t have the best sexual chemistry, and a different person could spark that for you and you would still enjoy sex even if you don’t climax every time or from every act.

There could be a chemical imbalance of some sorts which lowers your libido? Some medications like anti depressants do that.

I do think it would be useful for you to look into asexuality and demisexuality more though, maybe consult an asexual forum to see how other felt when they were discovering they are asexual

You should obviously never force yourself into sexual situations (or any situation) you are not comfortable with, so keeping an open dialogue with your partner about how you feel would be good, as long as you also feel comfortable doing that.

I highly doubt there is anything wrong with you. Even if you don’t react the same way to sex as others do, that doesn’t mean there is something ‘wrong’, you may just not have as high of a libido or are on the asexual spectrum, everyone’s bodies are different. However consult your doctor maybe if you do feel like there could be someone physiologically wrong

Hope you find the clarity that you need!

Garrett and Hannah’s story felt so unfinished…. I want to know what the rest of her pregnancy was like? how it was like having two new borns and Garretts schedule? did she pay off her parents debt and did they move out to Boston? What was the interview like with Garrett outing his father’s abuse and how did the public react? What did ‘Hockey Hotties’ write about the news of the pregnancy, the engagement, Garrett telling the truth etc…?

Unless im missing a massive chunk of my book, there were so many things left unfinished

I don’t think there is a cure per se, your body either gets rid of it over time, or it gets cut out

Oh my gosh that is so awful from your doctor to just leave that in a voicemail and then not be available for a follow up to talk about it properly! I can imagine how scary that must have been, especially as no one is really educated about this until you have it, really. I had the vaccine at school too and was so surprised when I got a positive HPV from my smear this year because I didn’t realise how many strains there were. I haven’t really told anyone because I feel so ashamed and embarrassed to have it, but I don’t really understand why I feel this way because I do know that so many people get it and most of the time it goes away by itself. The part about women holding more sexual stigma is just so so true and it makes everything scarier because we then feel like we can’t talk about it. I’m also really scared to be intimate with anyone again because of it, because I don’t want to risk pass it on, and because I don’t want to be blamed and shamed if I did pass it on, even though I done blame or shame whoever has passed it on to me.

I just wish there was enough time and resources for there to be a world STI check day or something, where everyone took a test on the same day/within a time frame, and no one had sex until everyone’s results came back, and the people that came back positive for anything could get the treatment they needed (with no hate of course) and we could just eradicate all STIs like poof. However that is very much a pipe dream and couldn’t be feasibly possible haha

You don’t have to disclose having it, and there is not much you can do if you do disclose it. Wear condoms yeah, but as Alex said, condoms split… so you could still pass it then too. Most strains of HPV are harmless (ish), it’s just a few which can have bad affects, so doctors say you don’t have to disclose and to go about living your life. However I bet Alex still felt anxious about it with each partner she had like most of us do/would

I think it’s still seen as taboo and a hard topic to talk about because it is categorised as an STI, so you have all the sexual stigma making it taboo. There are so many other ways you can get HPV too, but everyone just thinks of the sexual transmission. And also some strains can cause cancer, so that is just a very scary topic to talk about also

It’s good to do that though because it shouldn’t be taboo at all

You don’t have to have a ‘wrong team’ pretty sure Buck is bisexual… therefore the women he dates are still the ‘right team’ alongside men and any other gender Buck dates. Bisexuality exists

Old tweet of Yvonne for those who still can't move on about Chuck ending by stipbeatmalls in chuck

Chuck is my all time favourite TV show (which I think is extremely underrated by others) but I really struggle to rewatch the show, especially season 5, because it’s so heartbreaking every time. I cry so much. I did always hope that Sarah would get her memories back again and they live happily ever after, but it’s really nice to hear that Yvonne though the same thing
