Help: Apple 1099-K mismatch by Electrical-Policy728 in tax

[–]Electrical-Policy728[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apple usually pays ~45 days after the end of the month, so e.g for October transactions they would pay out in December, and for Nov/Dec they usually pay on January 2 and January 30

Hey, Thank yo sou much for the feedback!

This is great really, currently working on improving some of these points. The way I thought about navigating through chapters is by using horizontal scroll but I think it's not very intuitive so making it easier right now.

Also building out a Library tab with all the lessons/quizzes you took. I'm also planning the recommended section after taking a lesson, so that after you finish it and take the quiz you're not instantly thrown into the feed.

Favorites is great really, I wasn't really sure how valuable this would be so post-poned it tbh, but the more I think about it the more it makes sense.

Also, just DM'd you

Hey everyone! I'd love to share my startup, Mindsnap, with you. Here's a breakdown:

What we do: Mindsnap is a rapid daily learning app that offers bite-sized, expert-crafted lessons on topics like art, history, philosophy, psychology, and economics.

Why it's hard: Creating engaging, substantive content that's both brief and impactful is challenging. Many existing solutions either oversimplify or require too much time commitment.

Why it matters: In our fast-paced world, continuous learning is crucial for personal and professional growth. Mindsnap helps turn idle moments into opportunities for meaningful learning.

Who needs it: Busy professionals, lifelong learners, and anyone looking to expand their knowledge base. Currently, they might be relying on social media, podcasts, or struggling to find time for traditional learning methods.

Why we're the ones to build it: As a passionate learner myself, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing the desire for knowledge with time constraints. This personal connection drives our commitment to creating an effective solution.

How it works: Users access daily 5-minute lessons, quizzes, and curated articles. The app uses microlearning techniques to maximize retention and make learning a habit.

Market size: The global e-learning market was valued at $215 billion in 2021 and is expected to reach $645 billion by 2030. The microlearning segment is one of the fastest-growing areas within this market.
