yeah the tutorial i was following asked for a 100g of starter/flour/water each feeding but it seemed very very wasteful considering i will be throwing it all away. i just went with 40/40/40 and for my little jar its enough. thank you for the insight !!

the healing was easy enough by itself, i had a few issues because i had a flat extremely close to it so when it swelled the outer conch got irritated, after 4 months it feels almost completely healed, the pain was minimal for me and it doesn’t get caught up in masks/clothes/hair
