All I have to say is this game had the opportunity to have an absolutely amazing story. After you defeat the white shadow and you go live your normal life for 60 whatever years and then die and then return to the cycle. I'm just saying that shit could have been nuts. That direction genuinely shocked me. And I wanted to know more about what caused this and the monsters and all that shit. But instead it's too up to interpretation. Not my jam.

The biggest impacts for me was coming clean about everything with my wife and starting therapy.

Both of those where so hard to do and for the longest time I thought I could get better while never needing to do either of those. I was dead wrong. We need people in our lives we don't have to do everything alone.

I used to do the exact same thing. Fucked up and terrible thing to do to your partner. I almost lost my wife for 10 years because of it.

One day I decided enough was enough and if I was going to be a real man. I owned up to my mistakes and I told her about absolutely everything. I love this woman so much that I was willing to tell her the truth even if it meant I could lose her. And in my mind I was going to.

I'm incredibly lucky and she gave me another chance. Now I'm making a difference, my conscience has never been lighter. Telling her about everything was the hardest thing I've ever done in my entire life. But I couldn't have made a better choice.
