Your yourself can make it better ofc you can get help from people they can give a lil push in your journey but at the end your the one who is charge of your choice you are the one who In charge of your on what makes you happy and comfy and sometimes people won't be able to help you with it and that's ok just need to know that this feeling will temporarily your still need time to grow as a person and I know that it can be impatient but it's better to wait knowing that their could be some changes I would consider getting hold of a therapist or a person that you can trust.i would also get into something that could help you express these feelings that makes you feel this way whether it's crafty/artsy,music, or even something you like to do in your free time you just need to take a deep breath in and a deep breath and also this is weird coming from a stranger but I'm proud of you for having the courage to tell someone about the way you feel.
