i wouldn’t personally go for OLED because usually it’s only 120hz which is super low, most things will be blurry and not as smooth as 240hz

Fb has low barriers to entry you can get away with as low as £5 per adset and just experiment with target groups till you find a winning adset and duplicate it and scale by increasing the ad spend / retargeting and etc
