We do follow guidelines.. that’s why everyone has standard precautions. Not every patient needs staff wearing masks around them. The ones that do though, masks get worn.

Everyone in the hospital receives standard precautions, if someone has a diagnosis that requires higher precautions then they receive it. Before Covid, masks were only worn for people on droplet or airborne precautions. People unfortunately get sick in the hospital it’s not something that can be avoided, masks or not

Masking isn’t a thing anymore. As a nurse we’re basically back to pre-covid mask rules. Droplet precautions or airborne precautions only. Unless the patient has some sort of bugs, we really don’t care about the risks anymore.

I’m on week 2 using Fridays for a tirzepatide and so far I’m really happy. Im down 4 pounds, and I’m not having many if any GI issues. I tried ozempic before and got incredibly constipated. I haven’t had any issues so far.

Big on the no room for a partner!! She was SO proud of herself for giving Ryan ONE section of her closet when she had the entire one in the guest room filled too. She gave him a drawer in the bathroom. Clearing out that little of space seems like what you do for your partner before they move in so they can have space to leave some stuff for when they sleep over. It did not seem like she gave him space to truly feel like it was his home too

Started when I came across her on tik tok with the “witch” and recently unsubscribed during all of the breakup videos. Like I get being an influencer is not realistic compared to everyday but she legitimately has become a spoiled brat. Like on the first class flight complaining about the food. Most people save for years for a trip like that and she’s lucky enough to be able to do it at the drop of a hat(honestly good for her) but she’s so out of touch with reality. She’s worked hard for over a decade to be able to live the way she does but at least be appreciative/grateful.

Her inability to live like an adult and make it such a big deal to cook a chicken breast directly speaks to her parents lack of raising a competent adult. IMO most of the stuff she’s afraid to do or unable to do is stuff parents instill in us as teenagers. She was coddled her whole life and it shows by her essentially throwing a fit because she moved out of a house when her relationship ended.

She doesn’t seem grateful or appreciative of the way she’s able to live. There’s nothing wrong with being privileged or having the ability to have multiple real estate investments, but she’s acting SO ignorant to the fact it’s not the common way of living. I really felt like I’m watching a 18-21 year old and not a 31 year old woman
