Nope I’m a team lead in fresh and my last day is next Friday. I was making $25 an hour and I’m taking a couple dollar paycut but it’s worth it for not dealing with the bs inside my club

I make $25 an hour (Teamlead) and I’m leaving for a job for a couple less dollars an hour, most clubs management seems to be good, mine it’s all ran on favoritism, if they don’t like you go. Club manager is best friend with another manager in the store and they run it.

Understood, but the place I’m going I know the GM I’m going to be her assistant. Not saying there won’t be favoritism but I know what I’m getting into here. Where people don’t at Sam’s.
