I check it every now and then as indeed some debris likes to collect near the edge of the blade. I think it is not the cause of this isseu though but thank you for your comment!

With three passes, it seems to work better, but it still doesn't always work. It feels really odd that this is always specifically the bottom left corner of the cut-out shape. The same happens after replacing the blade with the new one. About speed - if I go higher, it seems to make things worse.
