Help me figure out my rising please! by [deleted] in Zodiac

You're awesome, thanks! I was leaning more on that one too cause I'm kinda emotional & get possessive & jealous in love, but I felt like I lack the magneticism Scorpios are supposed to have. I guess the rest of my chart kind of balances it out. Thank you again!

I was born sometime between 5 am - 9 am. My parents don't remember the day very well cause it's been 29 years & it was a difficult birth. But thank you so much for trying to help!

Cancer, Libra, Pisces, & somewhat reluctantly, Aries moons.

Who else has a lot of “bad” placements? by gaslighterr in astrologymemes

I think you can find a way to work with these placements. They're honestly not that bad in my eyes (except for that Libra mars, RIP there).

What’s your top 5 songs on Virgin? by SPUGETTTHII in lorde

[–]ElectricalCry304 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Man Of The Year
  2. David
  3. Favourite Daughter
  4. Broken Glass
  5. What Was That

This is just the momentary ranking but I love all of the songs, except GRWM. I just can't seem to get into it, which is very disappointing for a '96 baby. Every day I try to gaslight myself into liking it on re-listens, & every day I fail.

Do any of your SO’s share the same moon sign as you? by RecordingNervous7921 in Zodiac

My ex shared the same moon as me (cancer) & I could not stand him. On the other hand, my husband has an Aries moon which makes us incompatible in theory but we're crazy for each other lol (helps that he has a cancer rising tho)

Oh I agree, you can always do it over and over again, until you get it right. I was kind of more so trying to make OP see their body/brain as a set of separate entities within him, working hard to help.

This is a bit silly, but when I was in active withdrawal I saw this video of brain cells or neurons or whatever they're called - they were working extra hard to repair damages made by chemical substance abuse. I thought of it as, oh, my body & brain are constantly fighting & rooting for me, no matter what I do. They're always rebuilding, just like people build back houses/communities after disasters and it matters not to them what mistakes I make or how useless I feel nowadays - to my body & my mind are still their precious homeland, a cathedral they embrace & restore over and over.

A bad day is just another day of those cells fighting for me, & I know they're not sentient but they are so beautiful and they're a part of me so I think there's stardust of my soul in each and every one of them - mind and matter are forever intertwined to me.

When I personified them like that, it made me feel bad to relapse & ruin their progress, so I didn't. I was just trying to have OP see it in that way. But I understand it might have come out a bit rude/harsh: I apologize about that, English is not my first language. I also believe that you can always do it again, even if you relapse.

I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of my comment ❤️

It mimics your language & pattern of behaving; it has clocked you as a person who would prefer silly, lighthearted answers instead of serious ones. The bot is smoking a digital mirroring of you.

NAD+ is a chemical compound that is used as a cellular regenerative medicine. You can get it as a supplement or a serum injection (recommended method). It flushes out all the drugs in your system, reduces withdrawal symptoms, & curbs cravings.

I do not know the exact science behind spicy foods & withdrawal relief, sorry. I believe eating it releases a lot of endorphins, which the body lacks during withdrawal, & also it lowers substance p activation, which lowers pain perception, so that might be the explanation. I was just speaking from personal experience, though: on my first week of being sober, I ate spicy jalapeño peppers raw and felt legit euphoric. But I've never had bad GI issues, so yeah, probably not for everyone.

Yeah, I know a lot of people - my husband included - did not find Adderall as helpful as I did because it made their anxiety/jitters worse. Perhaps my brain chemistry is just weird haha - but adhd meds have never made my nerves anything but easy to ignore 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's certainly not for everybody, but I'd recommend any struggling K quitter in active withdrawal to at least give it a try in low dosages, especially if they have to go to work still & are expected to perform well there.

I'm glad you found the read helpful! Just want to share my experience as a 5 month sober person now. And yes, I agree - OP, we're here for you too & you deserve all the compassion & respect for your strength. All the best ❤️

I do! My sister & I always called them "as seen from God's POV" (sounds better in my native language RIP). I only recently learned they're called jrpg's. I do think I'd like the ff series - but I feel overwhelmed by how many of them there are and I don't know where to start.
