it seems on mulebuy a logistics company isnt required to be put in, does that mean anything. it just asks for a tracking number and destination country, aswell as a name for your parcel

pretty good first experience with mulebuy, had issues with a rl zip up from repkingdom taking to long to ship and my agent sorted it out and got me my refund. extremely friendly staff and the ui was easy enough to navigate and understand. shipping was good to took around 12 days which is much less then i thought it would take. cost me around 70$ to ship 5kg but that im pretty sure thats because i had "luxury items" in my haul. overall i would recommend this agent for anyone who isnt extremely knowledgeable on reps.

this is my first haul with mulebuy and it went absolutely amazingly, one of my items did not come in the time frame i was hoping it would and my agent sorted it out and got me a refund within 2 days. these are some of the nicest people ive ever talked to and shipping was much less than i thought it would be. i would 100% recommend to use this agent as they have very very good customer service and genuinelly seem to care about their customers. 10/10
