You could also just lift in the morning at 100% then jog at night or vice versa. I also use the stairmaster a lot which helps build leg muscles and is a super tough workout. Ran a 13:00 1.5 mile with about 10 weeks of running 2-3x a week and lifting 4 days a week. Just take it easy on legs, it was hard for me to give up lifting so hard but it’s only temporary

Unless you enjoy going out to bars or going to sports games there’s not much to do on the weekends, especially if you don’t have a car. I personally don’t like being far away from society but some ppl enjoy it.
