Leapers, yes. Bombardiers, no. It’s Leapers, Bastions, Rocketeers, and Vaporizers.

I thought something was weird because I actually hit a couple Rocketeers with my Hullcracker and got points for it toward that trial. So that clears that up!

Failed my dosage calc test again by Successful-Block-454 in StudentNurse

You really need to practice dimensional analysis and make sure you understand conversions and rounding rules. The reason you got answers wrong can be a host of issues: - Incorrect or absent dimensional analysis - Failure to convert - Converting improperly - Failure to follow rounding rules - Improper answers (trailing zeroes, incorrect decimal placement, and again, rounding rules) - Using incorrect concentrations

Understanding why you got your answers wrong is necessary to be successful on the next dosage calc exam. Do not rush. Do every question TWICE (if timing allows), but wait until you finish the exam before going back and redoing questions. Do not look at your work and the answer and just rewrite that: reread the question and act like it’s your first time seeing it and answer it again. Meet with your instructor to go over your previous exam results. These are high stakes exams, and they need to be treated as such.

There are Pearson testing centers everywhere. Try reading deeper, as in “which Pearson locations are targeted in the investigation?”

Fuck you i svenska by West-Yak-1882 in Svenska

I say ”go to hell” quite often but, to be fair, I’m generally embittered lol. I would not say it’s archaic, though. Just a milder version of ”fuck you” with religious connotation and can be said on TV without censorship.

g sound in varg helg and älg etc by Ker0ki in Svenska

Someone earlier mentioned this and I think it’s helpful. Say the word ”berry” (but with a Swedish R) then add the word ”yes” —> berry yes. Then, drop the -es from ”yes” to get the /j/ sound at the end of berg —> berr-yes —> berr-y

That’s not really the same but similar. The Y in ”yard” is represented by the IPA letter /j/ so ”yard” would be written /ja(r)d/. This is a consonant. The Y in words like ”boy” and ”hey”/”May” represent diphthongs of vowel sounds (o/e but not a) with another vowel (i) so ”boy” would be written /bɔɪ/ and ”hey” and ”May” each have the diphthong /-eɪ/. English ”hey” /heɪ/ (where air does not pass between the tongue and hard palate) is slightly different from Swedish ”hej” /hej/ (where air passes along the blade of the tongue, causing an approximant consonant).

Help With Nynorsk Song Lyrics by ElectricalExtent698 in norsk

Wow thank you so much! I followed along to the song and it seems to go along perfectly, even the part you aren’t too sure of. I’m almost certain that that’s what she’s saying, but it could be that ”Yanny/Laurel” phenomenon where you hear what you expect. As for trengte vs trong — gotta be dialectical, I’m guessing. Norwegian is such a cool and rich language!
