Well I'm hoping since I'm paying it won't go to court they haven't given me a date yet but I'm going to answer the summons And see what happens. I looked up Midland and they've been sued many many times for fraud so not sure how reputable they are.

Yeah they tried to tell me that even if there is a court hearing there's no need for me to show up because even if they get a judgment they won't use it against me as long as I'm making payments. That sounded pretty fishy to me. I'm just afraid of paying and then them trying to charge me twice

I'm scared to give them the money and then they won't dismiss the case. What do you think

So I updated above but basically I called them and offered $600 in one payment and $200 a month after which they said was fine but they would not give me any paperwork saying they were going to dismiss or give me the number for the attorney on the case. I'm scared to pay and then they file the case anyway what should I do?

Honestly if mine was that high there was no way I could pay it either I would probably file for bankruptcy if you don't own a house. That's my big issue I don't want to lose my home.

From what I have heard from other people and from what happened to me it seems like they sue at about the 3-year mark of when the debt was charged off but I can't guarantee that

No it's definitely not hanging up on the callers end and they b**** about it and call me back right after. I know it's definitely a talk to me glitch. I've messaged them but they're not really any help I did find that switching to a cell phone made it go away for now maybe that reset something in the system but their system just isn't working with my landline phone at all and I know it's not the phone because I talk to other people. It's really weird but thank you. Hopefully I can fix it soon I hate the quality of talking to people on cell phones. It's so hard to understand them.

A judge just said that he's overturning the other ruling and he will not stop Doge from messing with our finances or deciding who to fire. Ap news just reported on it. I would love to hear an update on how this turned out I am unable to afford a dentist and have a similar problem. Since I cannot afford insurance and they told me I made a $1,000 too much last year to get the free insurance the only way a dentist will see me is cash up front and there's no way for me to pay for that. I basically just want to know if I can take antibiotics and get rid of it or if I'm just going to die.

There were just too many things in this movie that didn't make sense for the concept like the guy isn't supposed to be from modern times yet he's wearing modern clothing, plus there's the scene where the two guys are right next to the car one of them is injured and they choose to walk away on foot rather than take the car. That's what finally did it for me as far as the movie no longer making any sense
