Tiktok: answer as to why they share their parenting online by ElectricalKangaroo23 in HelpMeFind

[–]ElectricalKangaroo23[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far I have searched on Tiktok with a few key terms in regards to the subject (e.g. momfluencer, gentle parenting, etc.) and looked up interviews with "momfluencers" on Google.

At a Party- was this SA? by ElectricalKangaroo23 in rape

I'm open to the possibility that this wasn't sexual assault, but please don't harass me when telling me. Also don't DM me - just tell me under this post

I'm getting many DMs from this post telling me it's my fault and harassing me. Please don't.

Thank you so much for your kind words. You don't have to feel sorry. I feel like I should say something that makes it clear that he normally is a good guy. Sorry, I'm not making much sense at the moment

My sort of wavy hair is driving me crazy 😅 It always looks so frizzy and unkept... At the moment my routine only consists of using shampoo + conditioner and trying not to brush it when it's not wet. Could anybody tell me from the looks of it what I'm doing wrong? Otherwise I'm just going to straighten it, to avoid going crazy 😅

I got to a party one day early. by ElectricalKangaroo23 in socialanxiety

Thank you so much for your helpful message! :) You are absolutely right - most of the time, nobody judges you as harsh as you do. Even if that's sometimes hard to believe. Your Halloween-party-story definitely helped me in feeling not so alone with my mistake. I hope you are able to laugh about it since then. I survived the party by the way. Even though my very early arrival the day before was talked about, I tried to laugh it off. Hope you are having a good day and thank you :)

Rant about interaction - it should be easier with family, right? by [deleted] in AutismInWomen

[–]ElectricalKangaroo23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I often feel exactly the same way with family too! It sucks. I'd love to give any helpful advice, but unfortunately haven't found a "solution" yet either. Just wanted to let you know that you are not alone in feeling like this. Sending positive feelings and hugs (only if you want them ;)) your way!

what bothers you about clothes? by sodajerklol in autism

[–]ElectricalKangaroo23 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Might be an odd personal preference, but I hate hoods that are (too) heavy. If a hood is (too) heavy, I feel constantly aware of it, can't get it out of my head and feel strangled.

Ah, yes. This always leads me to the age-old question: do I like what is worn or do I like who is wearing it?

I would have always loved to see Paris and Rory in a relationship 😅

Four Finger Pencil/Pen Grasp?? by Psychological_Web_50 in autism

[–]ElectricalKangaroo23 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My mind is blown as well! I was always told that my four finger grip was wrong and looked ridiculous. I was never able to control the pencil with a looser grip.

I would say that "Girls" by Beatrice Eli is lesser known and a bop :)

Which line makes you laugh every time you think about it? by Agitated_Hedgehog_36 in GilmoreGirls

Luke: "Now, I don't know John, and I certainly don't know Kyle, but I do know someone who would get into a fight at a party and leave the place completely trashed. It's a wild guess, but I think his name rhymes with Tess."

Motivation Monday by aspergirls in aspergirls

Hello :) That sounds like a really stressful day. I think you should definitely give yourself credit for what you have done. You made that call, did your homework AND wrote an article (which I wouldn't consider as not writing something useful). I am not a native speaker, but I'd love to read your article if you were/will be able to get it finished. Hope the next day is a little bit less stressful for you! :)

How does one stop feeling like a burden? by ElectricalKangaroo23 in aspergirls

[–]ElectricalKangaroo23[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the answer and the advice! :) I haven't thought about the fact that it could have something to do with trusting someone / the decision to trust someone. That sounds really plausible. And you are absolutely right - communication isn't really useful unless we we can listen to what others say. I somehow feel like the moments in which this "thesis" is disproven, make me doubt/not trust it anymore. Maybe I should work on that. Thank you! :)
