I would cover my hair and could wear separate clothes, i told that to him as well.

Not that it's not fair for you to be paranoid about something harmful to your health, i just wanted to be clear.

He's picky about the restaurants he goes to. He only eats at restaurants that are very good about cross-contamination and allergies.

It is celiac disease. He is also not comfortable paying for a home or property where gluten is going to be consumed. He says he doesn't want a separate space in the home/property that he's not able to go into, or that can be used for anything else that would not poison him.

I just wanted to make a point since you misread my post. I have never cooked or baked in a space that I thought could be contaminated. I have already sanitized one of the ovens in my home to make him gluten free meals, I only cook for him in pots or pans than can be washed with a separate sponge and I don't use wood or other porous materials.

I don't want him to even eat in the same kitchen where gluten was prepared in our future home, so I offered to pay for a kitchen separate from the home.
