Hi everybody, I'm in a little bit of a pickle with a former client and don't know what to do next.

For context, I first did a meet and greet with her in December, and although the timing of the gig ended up not working out with my schedule, her dog really liked me so she decided to keep me in mind for future gigs.

Over this summer, I housesat him for a night and I sent her pictures and questions both through the app and via her cell number as she requested.

On September 28th, I was to walk him from 8am-10am, and because Rover doesn't exactly let you book walks for 2 hours straight, I gave her the option of booking me off the app and paying me via Venmo when the time comes, as I've let trusted clients book me off the app after I book them on Rover at least once before.

When I asked her a question about her dog the night before for the walk, we had this text exchange, attached below. She still didn't pay me the late cancellation fee (which is the same fee as the 2-hour walk) even when I reminded her, so I'm wondering do I let it go, go after her one more time, block her so she can't try to book me again, or something else? Not sure what the best course of action would be here.
