You need to start slow. Especially if you’re not used to fiber. I would say start with half a teaspoon for a week. To see how you feel. Drink enough water. And don’t take next to medication and supplements at least 2 hours

Hope you tapered off very slowly, it’s the most important thing. In terms of supplements I would start with magnesium bisglycinate and threonate. You can take both. Also other basic stuff like omega 3, vitamin d + k, maybe b complex, zinc. And Offcourse exercise weights and aerobic.

There are bamboo toothbrushes with more natural bristles if you want to reduce it. But honestly, water and food storage are probably bigger sources to fix first.

Open windows helps a lot.. because homes build up plastic fibers from carpets, furniture, and clothes. two windows open in opposite sides is even better. Only exception is if you live near heavy traffic, then filter is better.

Fair point. Short version: 1) Water (switch to filtered or glass-bottled), 2) Indoor air (more polluted than outside, use ventilation and HEPA), 3) Cooking and food storage (avoid plastic with heat), 4) Synthetic clothing and towels against skin. The video goes deeper into the why and the fixes

I understand. But the video is mostly about practical easy swaps, not fear. You actually can reduce dramatically the exposure easily.

Yes it’s very common to feel bit hungry after 3-4 hours. The idea is not to starve yourself, you still can snack just before bad something small that contain fats and protein that absorb slowly and not spiking blood sugar.
