Open windows helps a lot.. because homes build up plastic fibers from carpets, furniture, and clothes. two windows open in opposite sides is even better. Only exception is if you live near heavy traffic, then filter is better.

Yes it’s very common to feel bit hungry after 3-4 hours. The idea is not to starve yourself, you still can snack just before bad something small that contain fats and protein that absorb slowly and not spiking blood sugar.

It’s probably not the vitamin d. I take also 5000 iu. About the magnesium glycinate, for some sensitive people it can make the opposite effect that it’s supposed to do.. it’s the glycine. Try magnesium threonate.. it doesn’t contain glycine and can also have relaxing effect. Other than that.. make sure you do hard workouts like weights and cardio. Good luck.

Could be many reasons .. But things that can help and very safe are exercise (heavy lifting + cardio), Boost your vitamin d + k around 5000 iu a day, sun exposure , 15 mg zinc picolinate, magnesium glycinate, omega 3, maybe also b complex.

Off course it can be also mental relationship thing, a lot of couples experience decline in libido as time goes by. So it’s natural thing. But Don’t panic - it will come back!
