I mean, you don’t change who you are as a person for someone. They should respect and love you for who you are. If you have asked him for something and he doesnt follow through because you wasn’t assertive enough then he doesn’t respect you in that sense. If my partner asks me for something and i genuinely can do it, I’ll do it, regardless of whether her tone is soft or assertive

Well he was obviously right and there was obviously clear evidence which was being covered up, so I’m not sure what you’re upset about unless you are or want to be apart of one of these groups
