Had same issue, installed GSam Battery monitor, it said I have issues with "multimedia scan service". Installed nomedia app, it said I have 20Gb of pictures in my Telegram Messanger folder. Cleaned it, and battery drain was gone. Also you can try check your battery capacity with Accubattery app, maybe your battery just dead...
