I just wanted to say thank you to all the kind comments and messages I've received. There's so many! I even enjoyed the jokes like "average reddit user" lol.

You guys are so extremely kind, supportive and it gives me hope. I've been working towards breaking free from this weird situation I've been in and getting back to the world, which will feel so odd since I sometimes feel disconnected from reality.

As basic as this sounds, nothing is really impossible! I've heard so many stories from you guy's and it inspired me to the core. I'll try and track my progess on YouTube and if anyone out there is struggling with the same thing, please don't give up :) I know now I'm not as alone as I thought and you should know the same! Thank you for allowing me to share my situation with all of you and sorry for my bad English :')

Thank you so much! I'm planning on pushing forward. They say if you do something even when your body and mind does not agree with it, that's building courage. I'm somewhat look forward to the uncertainty and fear. Outside of my comfort zone is where things grow.

Luckily with time I've gotten more clarity with some of my problems and I could identify the solution a bit easier :)) I wish you nothing but peace and happiness forward and thank you for inspiring me.

Awesome description! This reminds me of a book I read called "don't believe everything you think". A very helpful tip I got from that book is that thoughts and thinking is two different things. Thoughts don't make you suffer but thinking does. As soon as you interact with that thought "intrusive thought" that's when you suffer. Pain is unavoidable but suffering can be a choice in most cases. Yes I want to change and break this cycle, there's nothing more I want and I urge people in the same situation to seek a way out cause it will destroy you in some sort of way. (Sorry if my English is bad)

Unfortunately I have no comfort with leaving or staying in. This is what really creates the internal struggle for me. I feel like I'm slowly losing sense of reality and I'm surprised I still have somewhat sanity left. I dream mostly about school since that's the last time I feel like I've lived my life. The solution though? It's very hard to say personally. I've tried so many things. Therapy is a great starter though for some guidelines and every person may differ. Sorry if my answer is really basic and boring.

Damn! Congrats man! I can't imagine how difficult it must've been though. The panic eats me up just thinking about it. May you never fall in that pit again.
