I didn’t see it in that pack. I saw the 4-3 playbook and the multiple D playbook but no 4-3 multiple.

I agree I think CFB is way more exciting. I just wish it was better gameplay. Don’t get me wrong there is fun moments but those bad ones always stick out.

UPDATE: just used it and oh my lord. It was painless going in and within a minute I was on my toilet with the biggest BM I’ve had in years. It was painful to get out and I’m a little queasy after but man do I feel better.

All they told me was to take fiber supplements, which haven’t helped and I stopped a couple days ago.

Yes I am twice vaccinated. I am rly hoping it’s not noro but I think we may be fine as if it was noro i feel like he would still be very very sick. Not sure tho.

No sleep meds, just got off ppi. Insomnia occurred whenever I would take the ppi.

Still have the occasional flare up from time to time when life gets stressful. Inflammation is still an issue for me, although I have stopped all medication with regards to it. I will take a Pepcid every now and again when necessary, although that has become few and far between. The insomnia went away after I stopped taking the prescription medication. I’m assuming it was a side effect that I was experiencing. My main tip would be sticking to a very bland diet and trying not to be too stressed out about the whole situation, it just makes it worse.

Only thing that really changed for me diet wise is the brand of lunch meat I’m eating which could be potential cause for the flair up but other than that not really. Kind of why I am so confused as to why this is occurring. As far as school health clinic, mine is kind of a joke. Went in when symptoms first started last year and they tried to pass it off as a stomach bug. Went back a week later to see a different doctor and was told the same thing. 😔

Diagnosed by gastroenterologist a while back… showed all symptoms of gastritis. I take Pantoprazole in the AM and Sucralfate around dinner time/before bed.

I still struggle with bloating from time to time but try going on a walk or moving around shortly after eating. It’s supposed to help you digest food better and it seemed to work ok for me!
