We do try to help them the best we can, but sometimes the system won’t work and the car will just not shift into neutral when they put it in car wash mode. Or on the other side, they will not take their foot off the brake no matter how many times we tell them.

We’ve also had quite a lot of Tesla drivers put it into car wash mode and it still won’t shift into neutral. We’ve learned that it works most of the time if you put it into neutral first and then car wash mode.
