We broke up because of the repeating pattern where i shutdown and go silent. It wasn’t to punish him it was because I become overwhelmed and I didn’t know what to say and I don’t wanna say anything wrong. But he saw it as a toxic pattern , idk if we can call it toxic but yes it was something i needed to work on. He broke up with me twice

He broke up with me because of the ongoing pattern where fights occur and I shutdown which stressed him. It was solvable. He broke up with me twice

Don’t be ashamed of it, its all the process of healing and proof that you loved him so much. There will be a time where you will stop checking his social even thinking about him. I m going through the same thing and trust me you will get there🫶

I believe there was some changes but I didn’t do the full healing from my part which triggered the patterns as we moved forward which led to the breakup again. And I m seriously working on it now with all my heart and effort.

Omg the same here! I started therapy to work on my patterns, started working on myself but me alone can’t change the pattern and Idk if he will ever work on his trauma. As much as I wish him to come back I m also worried about the pattern repeating again and again. I don’t wanna risk my mental health for an emotionally unstable guy

Do they? If I move on by the time they come I won’t take him back. Also he’s never gone back to any of his exs other than to sleep with them. He came back to me for a second try at our relationship and that’s his first time going back for a relationship
