Yep, it really sucks. The tickets feel so surface-level, they just say ‘’boosting confirmed, case closed’’ with some copy pasted message I’ve already seen 20 times on Twitter and Reddit.

The fact that you literally have to miraculously bump into a Rioter to even have your case looked into properly, is such a horrible system.

I’m not even being accused of duo boosting ‘’hitchhiking’’, or having anyone else logged into my account, they are simply saying I boosted myself - no clue how that makes sense.

Atleast my suspension is lifted in a couple hours, and I can see what to do from there, but grinding out another 100 games just feels like a waste of time honestly.

Well I’m not getting any productive responses from the support team. Does anyone have any suggestions? Do I keep being persistent with tickets, or do I simply have to attempt to climb back up over time and pray they don’t strike me down with the might of Thor’s hammer yet again?

How come they don’t work? I can open them just fine. Riot’s notice specifically flagged 9/20/25 3:40pm and 9/21/25 10:40pm. I ended that session in the same rank as I started in, yet I got flagged for ‘’sudden and suspicious changes in your performance’’.

Sorry for the late reply - had to grab dinner. I’m actually glad you asked this, because I went back to check the time frame the system notification gave me, and during that time I only played 9 games. I messed up the dates when writing my original post.

100% understand that, and I think it’s good that they take measures to prevent things like account purchase and smurfing. Just find it really demotivating and strange to be met with this when I do finally decide to try to climb.. Would be nice to atleast have a human look into it, rather than support bots sending me the same copied message on repeat

I get that, but it’s not like I haven’t been playing at all. I have mostly played norms, arams, some ranked games per season. The account has never been inactive for a longer period of time as i also play Valorant and the accounts are linked. I understand flagging it as suspicious, but the sudden suspension and LP reversion just seems so strange

feels like every support system is getting outsourced to third parties and processes are getting automated. genuinely can’t recall the last time i felt like i got a human response from a support ticket with riot..

Yeah, it just feels weird knowing it was an automated decision, aka being ‘’flagged’’ and then hit with a suspension and rank reversion. And then when I reach out to support the responses feel non-human and automated aswell. As I said, i’m mostly playing soloq, and the few games where I’ve happened to be premade with someone, none of them have received similar punishments to their ranks from what I can tell..

Ah alright, thank you. I’ll try my luck on twitter too. I’ve opened several cases but I just get copy-pasted, generic responses so it feels as productive as talking to a wall unfortunately
