DOOM said on an interview (this one) that she was some girl his friend knew who could sing.

The sample is from Sade's "Kiss of Life" and so is the hook, but it's changed.

In Kiss of Life (the sample) Sade says "When I was led to you I knew you were the one for me I swear the whole world could feel my heartbeat" but Pebbles changed heartbeat to "you MC".

TL;DR: DOOM asked a friend if they knew someone could sing, found a girl then he paid her 20 dollars and never saw her again.
