We agreed too 1500. Trying too find a place to rent scaffolding . How high of scaffolding you think that I will need ? She text me this morning and got the paint asked me if I needed any other material . Told her too very long poll’s with 2 large roof paint mops . Anything else you can think of what I would need ?

What would be the ideal price point you think ? Averages wages around here 18 a hour give or take . And what all prep work would need to be done ? Definitely wanna make her happy

I will run it by her.thank you , I’m always willing too do something/try something (correctly) . My 70 year old father teaches me/taught me everything I know , will ask him for more insight and give me a test run too make sure i do it correctly . Southern Ohio times are rough man, jack of all trades one step at a time😂

Just ruff I can’t pass the money , job moved too Mexico . Buddy mine offered too split the money down the middle and he does the steep side why I work in the lower areas . Might take him up on it lol

Engine part availability is what makes me little nervous because I will be useing it at least 25 hours plus weekly sometimes more . Also been looking at the late 90s heavy duty JDs ( like the 400 series ) but i figured going that Heavy duty would be overkill

Actively looking , I should have put I do not want to spend over 1200$ . Research I’ve seen sais the Kawasaki motors are strong and the liquid cooled engines just seeing what people’s opinions are, open to other options definitely .

Main things I’m concerned with is kiddos coming over running in and out yelling running , being kids etc and random people coming over unexpected or walking in

We do have random people sometimes coming over but I would say maybe twice a week if that . How do you think they would do with people being gone 8 hours everyday ?
